These days the most popular type of contacts lenses are disposable contacts. They are soft and pliable, comfortable, easy to use, and suitable for occasional or regular wear.
Soft contact lenses are available in monthly or daily disposable types. Monthly disposable contacts can be worn continuously, including when you are asleep, or you can remove and clean them every night.
Daily disposables are worn once and then thrown away. Either way, we’ll find the right contacts to suit you and your needs.

Our Optometrist Adam will do a full eye examination and then talk you through the options based on your prescription and your preference for daily or monthly disposables.He will also teach you how to put your contacts in, take them out and, if you’re using the reusable variety, how they should be cleaned.
Our contact lens fitting service allows you to try as many different contacts as needed until you find one that works best for you.
