Starting with us when we opened in 2015, Sam is a brilliant optical dispenser. She completed her Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing, with distinction, in 2018.

Nothing is a problem for Sam. Her practical and warm nature make her a pleasure to deal with.

Sam is highly skilled at all aspects of optical dispensing. From determining the best lenses, to assisting in frame selection and adjusting glasses for the perfect fit.

A thrill for Sam is when she gets to observe a customer go from struggling with their vision, to seeing clearly. From booking them in for their eye test, to helping them select frames and taking their lens measurements. To then watch them try their new glasses on for the first time and see the change in their vision by the big smile on their face. That’s what makes Sam love her job.
